STUDIO POLICIES
No electronics are allowed in the studio. If you have a wearable tech or smart watch, make sure it is in theater/silent mode to not disturb fellow members.
No shoes are allowed in the studio. There is space outside the door to store shoes and jackets. We recommend being barefoot for proper grounding on your mat.
You must be 16 years or older to flow.
Cancellation & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made 4 hours before the class time.

If you fail to show up for class or late-cancel, the class will be considered used and deducted from your account.

Unlimited members who late-cancel or no-show may be subject to a $10 fee.
Unlimited Memberships

Monthly memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew each month on the same date of original purchase.

Members may cancel their Membership at any time by emailing Hereandnorthyoga@gmail.com before the next Billing Date.

Cancellations received after that window will apply to the following billing cycle.
All purchases are final.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
All classes are designed for all levels, with thoughtful progressions offered throughout. If it’s your first visit, let your instructor know.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 mins early to settle in. Doors auto-lock at the start of class, and late entries are not permitted.
What qualifications do your instructors have?
All instructors hold at least a 200hr certificate from credible Yoga Alliance institutions and have extensive training in their respective styles.
Can I flow with an Injury?
If you are working with an injury, please let your instructor know before class. They will do their best to provide any customization, though instructors are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Additional support - blankets, bolsters- are available as needed.
